TJ Westre is a photographer, documenter, and outdoor adventure enthusiast. His motivation is to inspire others to remain curious about the natural world, and to preserve wild spaces through direct action and recreational stewardship.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, he has a strong connections to the forests, mountains, and water systems that constitute the ecology of Washington State. Unique in its ecosystem, Washington provides the perfect arena to dive deep into wildlife viewing, conservation, and outdoor recreation.

Although widely interested in the various animals of the world, he is shaped by his love for Raptors, Canines, Wildcats, and Tropical birds. No creature too small, no animal too insignificant!
